Scheduling and Registration
The Patient Access Department at Moses Taylor Hospital provides a very efficient registration process, which includes registration of inpatients, outpatients and emergency patients.
Located on the first floor of the mail lobby, a representative will be available to speak to you and conduct patient interviews. The information our representatives gather is essential to patients’ charts, and is passed on to nursing, medical records and billing. Questions such as a patient’s address, employment, insurance and method of payment may be asked, and patients are asked to bring a form of positive ID, such as a driver’s license, and their insurance cards.
Pre-registration
At Moses Taylor Hospital, we realize you are busy, and time is tight. Pre-registration allows patients to call in advance for upcoming scheduled appointments. For expectant parents, please fill out as many forms as possible prior to your due date, as it eliminates reporting to the registration desk, and you may go directly to the Family Birthing Suites on 5th floor of the hospital.

By calling (570) 207-3900, you can speak to one person and schedule your diagnostic services. After your tests are scheduled, you may receive important test preparations and instructions in the mail or by fax. It’s that simple! Then, when you come to the hospital, you can go directly to the department where you will have your procedure. After your tests are performed, your results will be expedited to your physician, because at Moses Taylor, we know that you’ll want to know as soon as possible.
